The MBR + Surabaya application is a data processing application for the Surabaya Low-Income Community (MBR).The MBR + Surabaya application serves to inform the relevant OPD regarding requests for a Poor Certificate (SKM) or Health Assistance Certificate (SKBK) submitted by the Surabaya City Community in need.
It is also used by RW for the purpose of RW lapora entry, RW Proposal, viewing MBR data and certain community per RW.The mechanism for the issuance of a Poor Certificate (SKM) starts from the Surabaya City People who need a Poor Certificate (SKM) for financing at a Health Facility (Faskes), then a survey is conducted to the communitys residence by the local Kelurahan and the Surabaya City Social Service.
Then the Surabaya City Social Service issued a Poor Certificate (SKM).The mechanism for the issuance of a Health Assistance Certificate (SKBK) starts with the people of the City of Surabaya who are included in certain community groups or included in the category of catastrophic disease sufferers, which is then verified by the Surabaya City Peoples Welfare Administration Section.The proposal mechanism for Low Income Communities (MBR) starts from the Surabaya City Community who need help from the Surabaya City Government, then is proposed by the RW, to then be surveyed into the communitys residence by the local Kelurahan and Surabaya City Social Service.
If the community is indicated as MBR, it will be registered in the MBR data
